Project co-financed by the European Union

Construction and equipping of 4 * Fenomen Plitvice resort

Potestas d.o.o. started with the implementation of “construction and equipping of 4 * Fenomen Plitvice resort” in accordance with the Grant Agreement signed with the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts of the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment, the quality of accommodation and catering facilities and the introduction of new tourism products.

As part of the project, a 4 * tourist resort will be built and equipped. New tourist products will be developed based on autochthonous cuisine, cycling tourism, natural resources and cultural heritage that will be promoted at tourist fairs. The realization of the project will result in increased sales revenue in tourism, annual occupancy of 60.4% in the tourist resort Fenomen Plitvice and new employment. The total value of the project is 39,255,327.67 kuna, and the EU share in project financing is 10,000,000.00 kuna. The project is implemented in the period from January 13, 2017 to September 13, 2018. The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Funds.
